FOREVER YOUNG UNIVERSITY is higher education fitness + wellness for anyone instructing SENIORS.  Danny demonstrates (via step-by-step instruction) safe + sound techniques and shares his knowledge for anyone looking to improve their trainer skill set.  He has specialized in this age-group since 1994′ when he began his 26+ year private trainer career at the C.F.C. (Cooper Aerobics Center, Dallas, Texas).   One of Danny’s first clients overcame C.F.S. (chronic fatigue syndrome) and she was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ honors (94-95′)!   He’s trained hundreds of clients in this age range and has created specific workouts for trainers to copy and implement, rep-by-rep, one step at a time.  SMARTER FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT begins and ends with the 8METHOD™.  ” KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. “

THE METHOD

The 8METHOD™ is based on ‘8’ simple principles.  It has been designed to create maximum benefit in minimal reps, sets, and time.  The 8METHOD™ preaches 8 REP (or less) SETS and 8 MINUTE (max. efficiency) CARDIO FLEX™ circuits!  Breakthroughs in technology continue to stagger our imagination, yet fitness has started spinning ‘backwards’.  Most of today’s workouts implement the same old, momentum-based methods [burpees, kettle bells, punching ‘air’ /look around].  The 8METHOD™ is here to prove how ONE FLEX™ can become MORE IMPACTFUL than zillions of momentum-based repetitions.  LEARN HOW to make 8 mins.
