FOREVER YOUNG is higher education trainer knowledge for those who work with anyone in the 65+ age group.  Danny demonstrates safe and sound 8Method™ techniques for trainers to duplicate.  He has specialized in helping this age-group since 1994′ when he began his 25+ year private trainer career at the C.F.C. (Cooper Aerobics Center, Dallas, Texas).  Danny helped one of his first clients overcome C.F.S. (chronic fatigue syndrome) and she was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ honors (94′)!   He’s trained hundreds of clients in this age range and has created specific workouts for trainers to copy and implement, rep-by-rep, one step at a time.  SMARTER FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT begins and ends here.
